d&rsquo;une petite coupole, situ\u00e9 entre la rue H\u00e9l\u00e8ne et le Cour Saint-Pierre, les \u00ab\u00a0Grands Magasins des Nouvelles Galeries\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Photos : Biblioth\u00e8que historique de la Ville de Paris)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00ab\u00a0Nouvelles Galeries\u00a0\u00bb avaient succ\u00e9d\u00e9 en 1889 au fameux \u00ab\u00a0Grand Bouillon Restaurant Bal du Chalet\u00a0\u00bb, un lieu tr\u00e8s renomm\u00e9 et anim\u00e9, fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 par de nombreux impressionnistes tels que Vincent Van Gogh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 90, un nouveau b\u00e2timent de 8 \u00e9tages fut construit \u00e0 sa place, il accueille d\u00e9sormais un Monoprix et des bureaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Retrouvez toute l\u2019\u00e9volution des commerces des
