El\u00e8ve au Lyc\u00e9e Carnot, il est ensuite \u00e9tudiant en m\u00e9decine quand il doit partir au front en 1918.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 1928, il forme un couple litt\u00e9raire embl\u00e9matique avec l\u2019\u00e9crivaine Elsa Triolet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la mort de cette derni\u00e8re en 1970. Communiste militant, il s\u2019engage activement dans la R\u00e9sistance apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9decin pendant la campagne de France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Rien n\u2019est si beau que ce Paris que j\u2019ai\u00a0\u00bb : en 1944, il c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Paris dans un po\u00e8me rest\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e8bre : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paris-a-nu.fr\/paris-poeme-de-louis-aragon-1944\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.paris-a-nu.fr\/paris-poeme-de-louis-aragon-1944\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.paris-a-nu.fr\/paris-poeme-de-louis-aragon-1944<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il laisse une \u0153uvre magnifique que le grand public d\u00e9couvre dans les ann\u00e9es 50 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de
