Avant la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du gaz et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, chemin\u00e9es et po\u00eales chauffaient encore les appartements. (Photos Archives de Paris)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 1955 le vaste entrep\u00f4t, qui occupait une parcelle de plus de 3 000 m\u00b2, a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un grand immeuble de 11 niveaux avec 145 logements sur plusieurs b\u00e2timents autour d\u2019une vaste cour arbor\u00e9e, construit par l\u2019architecte R\u00e9my Le Caisne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
