class=\"wp-block-latest-posts__post-full-content\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Au 159 rue de Courcelles se trouvait autrefois le \u00ab\u00a0Pereire Palace\u00a0\u00bb, un cin\u00e9ma ouvert en 1935 et dont l\u2019immense salle de style Art D\u00e9co avec balcon comptait 1 500 places et disposait d\u2019un \u00e9tonnant plafond \u00e9toil\u00e9.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Sa courte vie, avec sa fameuse fa\u00e7ade que nous connaissons bien, s\u2019acheva malheureusement d\u00e8s 1955 pour devenir un vaste magasin de l\u2019enseigne \u00ab\u00a0Prisunic\u00a0\u00bb sur 3 niveaux, puis plus r\u00e9cemment un \u00ab\u00a0Monoprix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:gallery du 17\u00e8me, se trouvait autrefois le \u00ab\u00a0Caf\u00e9 du Commerce\u00a0\u00bb, un bar-restaurant tenu par M. et Mme Courr\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ce lieu fut occup\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 1964 par l\u2019h\u00f4tel \u00ab\u00a0Batignolles-Villiers\u00a0\u00bb avant de devenir le \u00ab\u00a0B Square\u00a0\u00bb en 2012 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Au 76 avenue de Clichy se trouvait autrefois le \u00ab\u00a0Path\u00e9-Clichy\u00a0\u00bb, un vaste cin\u00e9ma de quartier de 1 200 places ouvert en 1908. Un temps caf\u00e9-concert sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0Chanteclair\u00a0\u00bb, il devient ensuite le cin\u00e9ma \u00ab\u00a0Chantecler\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En 1935, la salle prend son nom d\u00e9finitif de \u00ab\u00a0Ga\u00eet\u00e9-Clichy\u00a0\u00bb et l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement est totalement reconstruit en 1955 au profit d&rsquo;une nouvelle salle de 1 000 places. Bien que tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9 par les habitants du quartier, ce cin\u00e9ma ferme d\u00e9finitivement ses portes le 26 d\u00e9cembre 1974.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Longtemps occup\u00e9 par un commerce \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseigne de \u00ab\u00a0La Redoute\u00a0\u00bb, le lieu devient en 2002 un magasin \u00ab\u00a0Tati\u00a0\u00bb avant d\u2019\u00eatre finalement occup\u00e9 par \u00ab\u00a0Gifi\u00a0\u00bb depuis 2019.
